1- The New York Stock Exchange

The trading floor itself is open Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 4PM but the building itself as well as the surrounding area is almost always bustling with tourists and traders. Iconic to the Wall StWhile you’re checking out the NYStock Exchange, you might as well snap a couple of photos of the Fearless Girl and the Wall Street Charging Bull sculptures, both are now iconic sculptures to the Financial District.

2- One World Observatory

When you’re located 100 and 102 floors high above the Manhattan ground line, it’s hard to not get the best views the city has to offer. Located adjacent to the Oculus and the 9/11 Memorial, it makes for an ideal stop while you’re walking throughout the Financial District. Did we mention the views are 360 degrees? 3- The 9/11 Memorial

The 9/11 Memorial is not only a heart-felt experience but an unforgettable homage to an event that shook the Americas and the world. 4- The Oculus Westfield Center

The Westfield World Trade Center, also referred to as the Oculus, is a huge shopping center installment that encompasses shopping, restaurants, luxury retail and several train and railway stations. Located adjacent to the 9/11 Memorial and the One World Observatory, the Westfield shopping center makes it an ideal stop on your way to either landmarks. 5- The Seaport District

Although it’s often argued whether the Seaport District is engulfed within the Financial District or not, we usually consider it to be so close and so similar that we count it as separate and same! Located on the East side of Fulton street, you’ll enter a charming area dedicated to live events, great restaurants, a cinema, an occasional food event with food stalls and plenty of great drinking spots! It’s also in immediate adjacency to the Wall Street Pier and Ferry which allows you to travel to Rock Away Beach or further up Manhattan’s East coast for the subtle fare of 2.75$!
