Flatiron’s Eleven Madison Park

Flatiron’s most stylish and high-class restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, is not only a once in a lifetime experience, but it is also renown for its high level cuisine and attention to detail. The restaurant is run by Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara – Restaurateur. Their approach to contemporary American cuisine is not only truly unique but is guaranteed to leave your palette with an exquisite feeling of happiness.

The infamous Daniel Humm has been praised for his approach to cooking and his menu at Eleven Madison Park. The menu revolves around a 8 to 10 course meal with inspirations rooted in history, unique ingredients and local culture. Just when you think you’ve truly grasped every element of Eleven Madison Park, you are knocked off your feet with constantly shifting approaches to cooking – in 2010, Eleven Madison Park decided to switch up the menu and adapt it to something more adventurous, breaking the conventional ‘grid menu’. It is no surprise that Daniel Humm’s restaurant is represented by 3 Michelin stars and has been rated the number 1 top restaurant in the world in 2017.

The Eleven Madison Park restaurant is located close to Madison Square Park and has been there since 1998. Chef Daniel Humm and his restaurateur Will Guidara have owned the restaurant since 2011 and have since been making waves of popularity throughout New York City. Below are some plates you can expect to eat and enjoy while you visit this truly unique restaurant.

The delicious plate below is the Roasted Eggplant in Variations with Shiso leaves.

Another delicious and appetizing plate, featuring the crab plate accompanied with sunflower and cardamom. Don’t be fooled by the small sizes as every bite will leave you longing for more.

Last but not least, the infamous Caviar with Okra and Corn Flatbread, one of our personal favorites. While you’re in awe at the exquisite tastes of these platters, be sure to adventure through their cocktail list, with some truly splendid drinks such as the Sorrel, a milk-washed tequila mixed with Mezcal, topped with Fino Sherry, Lemon and Finocchiett. Our personal favorites are both the Strawberry and the Sunflower. The Strawberry is an elegant approach to Pimm’s, with added Spiced Red Wine, Aperol, Lemon, Passionfruit, Mint and Absinthe. The Sunflower cocktail is a wonder and experience in itself, with a mix of Japanese Whisky, Pineau de Charentes, Cognac, Cocoa Nib, Miso and Plum.
